The firm Neha Singhi & Co was formed by Neha Baid as a sole proprietorship in December 2008. It is registered as a Practising Company Secretary firm with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having its registered office at Godrej Genesis in Kolkata. The firm renders consultancy and secretarial services to a wide range of companies. We have also formed two separate consultancy wings Kreeti Consultants LLP in May 2015 and Vedantic Technologies P Ltd. in April 2021.
